Milton Keynes Parish Councils
Parish Councils are the local voice of the people - Parish Councillors give time helping local people sort out local issues. They are restricted by the rules they have to work under but can and do have a lot of influence with Ward Councillors that are elected (although not also elected by the majority of people) and have a political back ground and other public or pseudo public or pseudo government bodies Trusts (such as the Milton Keynes Park Trust) and Milton Keynes Council.
They also have a voice with the local MP
To the right is some more about meetings and minutes which we found very strange as we are used to meeting minutes being produced the same or next day or at worst a few days and to the right is more about specific Parish Councils based upon information on websites and our discussions and emails with the Parish Councils
